Products
90% of all my products are individually hand blown glass. Slight variations may occur from piece to piece. All tea light holders come with an unscented tea light candle.
All products listed in this catalog are decoupaged by Toni and artisans of Decoupage Designs by Toni and each one is unique and one-of-a-kind.
Please Note: Most designs will fit on any of the glass items you see. There are a few exceptions and you will be notified if this happens.
Because I use napkins, I can only offer designs that I have in stock. I will end up retiring designs on a regular basis, possibly before the website is updated to reflect this. This also means that new styles and options may be available as well.
If this happens after you have ordered, I will notify you for an appropriate change in your order.

Shipping
We will ship within the United States only. Massachusetts State tax (5%) applies to all Massachusetts orders. Because all our products are handmade, please allow 2 -4 weeks for delivery. Delivery may be sooner.
We will automatically insure your package up to $100.00. If you desire insurance over this amount it will be an additional charge. Orders over $500.00 that wish insurance will be notified about possible additional insurance charges over the quote below, if it is a significant charge.
Shipping is via USPS- Priority Mail…. (Typically 3 day shipping)
Shipping and Handling Charges
There will be a required handling charge of $3.50 per order.

Each additional item.......... $1.00
Insurance over $100 up to $500.................................. $2.50 (optional)

Your order will remain in active queue for 10 days awaiting receipt of your payment.
Once we receive and process your Check or Money Order, we will notify you via e-mail when we are ready to ship. We will ship within 2 - 4 weeks of receipt of any Check or Money Order payments.

Massachusetts state sales tax of 5% applies to ALL orders made from and shipped to Massachusetts. You will be asked to specify your state upon checking out. If this charge applies to you and you have not appropriately chosen your state, we will contact you about the discrepancy to be adjusted via e-mail or phone.

Returns
We at Decoupage Designs by Toni aim to please our customers with high quality products. We do make each item to order and hope you are thoroughly satisfied with your purchase. Should an item become damaged when you receive it, we will replace it. You must notify within 5 days of receipt for a damage exchange.
Please contact us at (508) 865-3807 and we will arrange a return authorization.
As the shipper you are responsible for return shipping costs associated in making sure the package(s) arrive back to us.

If this occurs at the time of your order before we are able to update our catalog, we will notify you of the availability of the style you have chosen, and offer you the choice to change the pattern or perhaps we can offer an alternate.
